Jim-G — Terms of Service

By purchasing any product from Jim-G, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Product Access & Usage

All products sold by Jim-G are provided as digital licenses intended for personal or server use only. Ownership of the product itself is not transferred — only the right to use it under these terms.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute any Jim-G products under any circumstances.

2. Support Policy

Jim-G offers limited technical support for purchased resources.

We provide support for:

  • Initial installation guidance

  • Basic usage questions

  • Issues directly related to the original, unmodified product

We do NOT provide support for:

  • Custom edits or rewritten code

  • Advanced configuration requests

  • Server-specific setup (locations, blips, balancing, etc.)

  • Compatibility issues caused by other scripts or modifications

Support is offered at our discretion and may vary based on availability.

3. Refund & Chargeback Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • No refunds

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a product will result in:

  • Immediate license revocation

  • Permanent loss of access to Jim-G products

  • Potential blacklisting from future purchases

If you believe an exception should be considered, you may submit a request through our support system — approval is not guaranteed.

4. Redistribution & Legal Notice

Any unauthorized distribution of Jim-G products — including but not limited to files obtained through Tebex, Cfx.re Keymaster, or other platforms — is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in:

  • License termination

  • Permanent ban from Jim-G services

  • Reports to platform providers and/or relevant authorities

We actively monitor misuse to protect our work.

5. Service Changes

Jim-G reserves the right to:

  • Update or modify products

  • Change pricing

  • Adjust these Terms of Service at any time

Continued use of our products after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Customer Support

All official support for Jim-G is handled through Discord tickets only.
